The project

Complete renewal for this family house built in the late 70’s. We create an extension to the existing house and added a nice pool and terrace decking outdoor.

 

The house was not offering enough living space, we designed a 45sqm extension with a large height of 4 meters under ceiling.

 

We installed a dining room where the large folding windows open on a new terrace, the garden and the pool we created with one of our partner.

 

We chose simple and clear materials for instance the limestone tiles on the floor and recessed sliding doors accessing to the existing living room.

 

The newly created space is a perfect spot to enjoy the sunny days with friends and family.
