Stephanie Kasel Interiors signs the transformation and renovation of this 280 sqm contemporary villa by the swiss side of the Lake. 

A master suite has been created, with its en-suite dressing room and a large bathroom. 

Waxed concrete replaces the old tiles over the entire surface of the villa. 

Our interior architecture studio redesigned the distribution of the living area on the ground floor, opening the kitchen to the large bay windows. 

The choice of materials, and especially the wenge stained oak, allows to find a balance between dark shades and natural light which reflects the contemporary style of our agency. 

Signature of our Interior Architecture Studio, custom-made cabinetry optimizes spaces and offers numerous and discrete storage possibilities. This luxurious, elegant and bright villa has been designed to meet the needs of the clients and offers them a bright haven of peace.
