Follow us to this architect-designed villa near Lake Geneva.
 

The villa already offered spacious accommodation and characterful architecture, but was not to our clients taste. Our agency also had to redesign the layout of the first floor to create 2 large bedrooms with a shared shower room.
 

After a major demolition phase, the space was freed up for a beautiful palette of assertive materials and a resolutely contemporary identity.

The plaster bookcase in the living room, with its rounded niches, is a unique and original creation that adds softness and charm to this very open space. The oak parquet, which has been laid in herringbone pattern, and the colours chosen subtly link the spaces together.
 

As usual, we designed and produced a number of bespoke fittings to punctuate the spaces with colour and vibrancy. The kitchen, entrance hall, dressing rooms and bathrooms have been fitted out to provide storage and functionality.
